Because PKMZA provides virtual Pokémon related products and in-game services, all sales are generally final once the delivery or trade has been completed. However, we understand that special circumstances may arise, and we are committed to resolving issues fairly and promptly.
Refunds may be issued under the following conditions:
The purchased item or Pokémon was not delivered or incorrectly delivered due to a verified error on our part.
The purchased service could not be completed because of technical or system issues from PKMSHINY.
The transaction was a duplicate payment or an accidental duplicate order.
2. Non-Refundable Situations
We cannot provide refunds in cases such as:
The item or Pokémon has already been successfully delivered.
The request is based on change of mind, preference, or misunderstanding of the product details.
Violation of our Terms of Service or trading policies.
To complete a trade, customers must have:
- A stable internet connection
- An active Nintendo Switch Online subscription
- Any necessary in-game progress or qualifications required to perform trades
Refunds will not be granted if a trade cannot be completed due to connectivity problems, account restrictions, or failure to meet these requirements on the customer’s end.
3. Refund Request Procedure

Description of the issue
Proof of payment (if applicable)
Our support team will review your case and respond within 24–48 hours. If the refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within [3–10 business days], depending on your payment provider. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
4. Dispute Resolution
If you believe your issue has not been resolved fairly, please reach out to us again before initiating a chargeback or third-party dispute. Our goal is to find a solution that ensures mutual satisfaction and maintains trust with our global community.
