When will my order be delivered ?

We will make the delivery soon after we confirm the order. The waiting time is usually within 30 minutes, not over one hour.

Possible reasons for not receiving the order confirmation:

• You put an incorrect email address.
• The email is mistagged to your spam folder.
• Your email server blocks our emails.

Delivery Requirements

To receive your order, please ensure you meet the following requirements:

• A stable internet connection
• An active Nintendo Switch Online subscription
• Any in-game progress or prerequisites necessary to complete a Link Trade

We are not responsible for failed trades caused by connectivity issues, account restrictions, or failure to meet these requirements.

Order Expiration

Your order will remain available on your PKM.gg account until it is claimed. You can log in and complete the trade at any time after purchase.
